All Vanair standard underdeck, ADHD and Viper systems come with a lifetime warranty on their air ends. All you need to do is follow your operating and maintenance manual prescribed maintenance schedule. Tracking of your maintenance can be performed in a couple of ways including filling out the yellow warranty sheet that comes with your maintenance kit or record your work directly on our website under the support tab. It’s that easy! And to make maintenance easy we have created two kits that contain all you need for your maintenance: Kit 1060 for Vipers and Kit 1057 for Underdecks and ADHD.
Schedule of Customer Performed Maintenance*
- First 50 hours: Kit 1060 for Vipers, Kit 1057 for underdecks. Change oil, oil filter and air filter.
- Every 500 hours (or yearly depending which comes first): Kit 1060, Kit 1057. Change oil, oil filter and air filter.
- Every 3000 hours: Kit 1048. Change oil, oil filter, air filter and internal coalescing element.
